APCM 2010
Extraordinary General Meeting. At the APCM we didn’t have the accounts back but here they are. Approved by PCC, Inspected by Independent Examiners, and now awaiting Acceptance. After the 10am service on Pentecost Sunday (16 May) 10am, while you’re still in your seats, I’ll invite Steve Brentnall to talk about the accounts and you to raise any questions (in advance please, you get such a better answer that way). Annual Parochial Church Meeting, sometimes called AGM, will be held on Wednesday 21st April 2010 in the Conker Room starting at 7.30pm with the “Vestry Meeting” and going straight onto the full meeting.
Here I hope you’ll be able to click on different reports and read how different groups are doing. Please do come to the meeting, please come with thoughts and questions. You will get a far more intelligent response if you can let me know a day or two before hand (especially if its a financial question!)
Minutes from Last Year: APCM2008
Yes I know that it says 2008. The thing is that the APCM looks at the life of the Church from January to December of the previous year (ie Jan 09 to Dec 09) and that means we have a quick look at the minutes of last time which of course looked at the year before Jan -Dec 2008.
The Financial Report (this includes the Rector’s Report). This has been approved by PCC. You need adobe acrobat reader on your computer to be able to read this. *to be uploaded* the accounts have gone off to be inspected and I will put them up here as soon as I have them. In the event that they’re not ready in time for the APCM, we’ll still meet but we’ll also hold an Extraordinary General Meeting, after Church one sunday so we can all Accept the Statutory Accounts.
